The beginning...
So I finally did it... I finally decided to step out of my comfort zone and look for something that makes me happy...er. A couple weeks ago someone came to me and told me about this company called Kyani and the products it offers; and as weird as it is, something inside of me said I needed to listen. As my husband knows all too well, I will be the first person out there to tear down a new idea, new business adventure, and especially an MLM; but for some reason I felt strong about getting Kyani in my life.
I am one of the least healthy people you will EVER meet in your lifetime; I'm talking cereal 2-3 times a day, no protein throughout the day, lots of chocolate milk, and some other form of chocolate a couple times during the day. I am hopeful that Kyani can change this around! I'm starting this blog, mainly for myself, to track my progress and really give this product a good test run but to also be able to track my results to share with others. I received my product today and am excited to learn more about the health benefits.
As a brief summary of what Kyani offers from my eyes is as follows:
The Triangle of Health:
This is basically the one stop shop when it comes to knowing what supplements to take. The triangle harnesses powerful superfoods and allows you to take them all in the form of a pill, a pouch, and a dropper all within seconds without having to take more throughout the day if you don't want.
Kyani Sunrise:
This is a liquid in a pouch similar to childrens applesauce pouches that you take first thing in the morning. The Sunrise uses Wild Alaskan Blueberry which is one of nature's most potent antioxidants, along with other natural sources of vitamins and minerals; I hear that this is equivalent to eating 40 cups of kale in one day because of the potency of the Blueberry. This is going to give me all of the nutrients that my body needs to be healthy without me having to eat a lot of vegetables which I don't love. The taste of the sunrise is actually pretty good and just tastes like a slightly stronger grape juice, plus its actually only one ounce in each daily dose. I can definitely do this part every day!
Kyani Sunset:
This is in a pill form and is to be taken before bed. The Sunset is a the most potent for of Vitamin E which we get from omega-3 fatty acids which I definitely don't eat hardly any of. Kyani gets this from the Wild Alaska Salmon, which also contains a large amount of Vitamin D. From taking the pill today, I haven't had any fishy taste like I normally do with other Omega-3 pills, or fish oils. This part will be easy enough.
Kyani Nitro:
This is the part that I'm most excited about. I had never heard, or at least that I can remember, that what gives us the energy during the day is the Nitric Oxide that our bodies automatically produce. Apparently we produce that most as toddlers and young children, but when we hit our late 20's/early 30's is when our body starts to drastically slow down in producing nitric oxide which is why we get more and more tired. Well Kyani has come up with two different types of nitro drops: 1. Kyani Nitro FX which is a lower dose, and 2. Niro Xtreme which is a high dose. It says that they are blods of nini concentrate that increase the body's production of nitric oxide which is a key signalling molecule that supports healthy circulation.
There is also a skin care line that they recently started but I'm mostly going to concentrate on the Triangle of Health at first because its what my body needs the most. This blog is basically going to be my diary entry for the next month to share how my body is reacting to it whether that be good, bad, or not at all. I am going to be selling it in the meantime but am excited to see how it hopefully changes my life so I can truly let people know through my own experience. I have heard many testimonies about it nearly curing their health issues including aches and pains, chronic diseases, and in a couple of cases even shrinking tumors. I definitely have enough aches and pains myself that I also wanted to jot down a few of them so we can see the change.
My aches and pains:
Poor sleeping ability: I wake up several times a night with aches and pains and am unable to get comfortable.
My feet: I was diagnosed two weeks ago with planter fasciitis which explains the CONSTANT pains in my feet. I am having to wear a sleeping boot every night, alternating feet because insurance only pays for one boot, but it leaves me really uncomfortable and unable to sleep with a huge boot on.
My back and neck: Mu back and neck are constantly aching no matter what I do. I'm sure I have held kids too much over the last 6 years, or looked down too much, hunched too much, etc that my spine is just falling apart. I'm interested to see the change in my pain level and also my posture from having more energy to hold myself up.
My stomach: In the last 4 years I have had an appendectomy, a hernia repair, had my gallbladder removed, and I suffer from chronic ulcerative colitis... my stomach is constantly uncomfortable. I am hoping to see a change in my stomach aches along with my overall gut health.
At this point I feel like Kyani has welcomed me with open arms but I'm still hesitant to full open up to the idea of Kyani. I hope that over the next month the products with change my mind completely and my body will be reaping the benefits. I am a busy mom and just want my kids to see their mom healthy and happy and I hope that after testing out the products myself that I can also get my kids started on them for a healthy lifestyle. Wish me luck!
